Refund policy
Returns
We want to make sure you get what is right for you and your family. We offer a 30-day return policy. If you order Happy Cheetah materials and do not feel that they will work for you, we will refund the full price of the items within 30 days if they are returned in unused and new condition. After 30 days, we will offer a refund minus a 10% restocking fee if the item is returned in unused condition. After six months passed, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require the item or items to be returned in new, unused condition.
Refund Details
Materials returned outside the above conditions will not receive a refund nor will we return these materials to you.
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of receipt.
- Credit card purchases will be refunded to that same card as per credit card company policies.
NOTE: Due to credit card agency policies, we are unable to grant requests for processing credit card refunds to new or different sources; for instance, we cannot apply credit to a different card from the one you used when you placed your order.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@happycheetah.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you are missing items or receive damaged items, send us an email at help@happycheetah.com and send your item to: Rainbow Resource Center, 655 Township Rd. 500E, Toulon, IL 61483, United States.
Shipping Returns:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Returns Department Rainbow Resource Center, 655 Township Rd. 500E, Toulon, IL 61483
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
